New Horizon Dental College and Research Institute enters into its seventh academic year this session in 2012-13.

Six years is not a particularly long period in the life of an institution to count its achievements. I can, however, boast of a purposeful shape and direction taking place in the very foundation period, which will definitely result in creating rich legacy for the students.

We feel proud to say that some of the students from the first batch of this college who have successfully completed their BDS course have started their own clinics and have started serving humanity.

Our emphasis has been to provide quality education to the students. This can be best seen to the believed. The labs have been furnished at par with the best medical and dental colleges. The college has a library equipped with thousands of medical and dental titles, besides Indian and foreign journals. The library keeps open up to 10 pm to enable students to take optimum advantage to the facilities available.

College bus fetches day-scholars from various collection points in the city to reach them on time.

Besides academics, co-curricular activities also have always received adequate attention this college. Cultural and sports activities are integral part of education.

Service to the suffering humanity being prime object of any doctor, the happiest moment would be the day when we would be able to send our products as good will ambassadors to various remote areas of our own an well as foreign countries. Our concentration, hence, is on quality from the day first.
