New Horizon Dental College and Research Institute is located in the outskirts of Bilaspur on the Bilaspur–Jabalpur Highway. The sprawling campus of the college is opposite Rajiv Smriti Vatika at Sakri.

The environment friendly plush green campus houses all required infrastructure for the college including the dental clinic, education facilities, library, auditorium, staff quarters, cafeteria, playgrounds and separate hostels girls and boys.

The college building houses a fully equipped dental clinic with all the modern facilities including intraoral and panoramic radiography.

All the departments of the college are fully-equipped and have a team of permanent faculty comprising of distinguished academicians with expertise and teaching experience in their respective specializations.

The library has a huge collection of books, journals, reference material, periodicals and newspapers, with photocopiers, computers and internet, all of which are always at the disposal of the students and staff.
